Marty Curtis is the founder and owner of Combustion Systems Sales & Service Inc., a 26-year-old company specializing in roaster rebuilding and performance enhancement as well as afterburner design and fabrication. The company is a UL-approved industrial control panel manufacturer (E 181 336 95CA01064) and flame control panel manufacturer (E 181 337 95CA01643). Marty is considered an industry authority on these matters with a client list that includes the most prominent companies in the specialty coffee industry. He is a Q cup certification grader for the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) and serves on the SCAA's Technical Standards Committee. We also teach  classes for the SCAA in Sample roasting, roaster fires, roaster maintaence and proper installation of roasting equipment and plant layout.
