Primo Roasting's Consultant Marty G. Curtis Combustion Systems Sales & Service, Inc. Marty Curtis is the founder and owner of Combustion Systems Sales & Service Inc., a 26-year-old company specializing in roaster rebuilding and performance enhancement as well as afterburner design and fabrication. The company is a UL-approved industrial control panel manufacturer (E 181 336 95CA01064) and flame control panel manufacturer (E 181 337 95CA01643). Marty is considered an industry authority on these matters with a client list that includes the most prominent companies in the specialty coffee industry. He is a Q cup certification grader for the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) and serves on the SCAA's Technical Standards Committee.
