Official Terms and Conditions
 

1. Eligibility:

• The Primo Roasting Equipment Giveaway ("Custom Ranger-Xr5") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Primo Roasting Equipment and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway begins on December 18th, 2023 and ends on December 25th, 2023 at 23:59h PST.

3. How to Enter:

• Participants must follow the official Primo Roasting Equipment Instagram account (@RoastingEquipment).

• Participants must like the Giveaway post and tag a minimum of [3] friends in the comments section.

• Participants must share the Giveaway post on their story.

• Additional entries can be earned by sharing the Giveaway post on your Instagram story, tagging @RoastingEquipment, and using the hashtag #PrimoRoastersGiveaway.

• All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period.

4. Prize:

• The prize consists of one (1) Custom Ranger-Xr5 Coffee Roaster, valued at over $20,000.00 USD.

• Primo Roasting Equipment will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $900.00 USD.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• The winner is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional shipping costs beyond the covered $900.00 USD.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on the Primo Roasting Equipment Instagram account within [3] days after the Giveaway ends.

• The winner will be contacted through a direct message on Instagram.

• If the selected winner does not respond within [3] days of the initial contact, another winner will be randomly selected.

6. Publicity:

• By entering this Giveaway, participants grant Primo Roasting Equipment the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Privacy:

• Participant information will not be shared or sold to third parties and will only be used for the purpose of this Giveaway.

8. General Conditions:

• Primo Roasting Equipment reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the Official Terms and Conditions.

• Primo Roasting Equipment reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

• By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Primo Roasting Equipment and its employees from any liability or claim arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or the use of the prize.
